MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• You must hold an engineering qualification
• Hold a full UK driving license
• Have an electrical qualification to HCN level or equivalent
• Willing to complete an ILM coaching course once in the role

Maintenance Lead Technician skill requirements: - Extensive knowledge and background in automation engineering and maintenance

• Experience in leading large multi-skilled engineering teams
• Experience in stakeholder management and budget control
• Experience in people leadership and development
• Assist in ensuring that all relevant health and safety policies and guidelines are adhered to by maintenance teams whilst under their leadershi

• Provide technical leadership, and guidance supporting a large team
• Oversee the work of engineers and technicians
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards
• Work with vendors and contractors to cover all engineering and maintenance requirements
• Develop the professional skills of their team
• Manage budgets effectively and to target
• Manage stakeholders
