Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: Perform routine, corrective, and preventive maintenance to ensure buildings, equipment, and resident areas are safe and functional. Complete work orders and support unit renovations and changeovers with a focus on quality and timeliness. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate renovations/change orders with the Maintenance Supervisor. Conduct inspections to identify and correct maintenance, safety, and environmental issues. Support regulatory surveys, compliance requirements, and plans of correction for life safety deficiencies. Maintain accurate documentation and perform additional duties or special projects as assigned.
