Join us.     ATI is seeking to hire a Maintenance Leader to support electrical maintenance functions for our Specialty Rolled Products facility in Washington, PA.   This position will play a key role in a reliability centered maintenance organization.  Duties will include the direct supervision of hourly employees, planning maintenance work around production schedules.   Essential Functions * Identifying, requesting and locating critical spare parts, coordinating repairs with contractors, * Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and hydraulic equipment and accessing required work to assure accuracy in scope to facilitate efficient work planning in a world class maintenance organization. * Proactive with company safety initiatives #LI-EL1 Qualifications Basic Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in technical or engineering field * OR; 4 years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting   Preferred Qualifications * 3 years leading an hourly union workforce is preferred  * Electrical maintenance supervision is preferred                                 Skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Possess technical knowledge of maintenance and operations functions.                                                        * Ability to effectively lead, train, motivate and direct maintenance employees.                                      * Capable of identifying problems and offering solutions.                                                * Consistently operate within the budget constraints of organization unit * Demonstrate the ability to manage priorities and work schedule to consistently meet deadlines.           * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software - Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc. and ability to use and maintain Maintenance Systems required.   We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
