JOB DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations across
multiple shifts to ensure equipment reliability, workplace safety, and operational efficiency. This
role requires strong leadership, technical acumen, and a commitment to proactive maintenance
practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Understanding of industrial automation, PLCs, and equipment controls preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and maintenance best practices.
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms (e.g., Axapta or similar systems).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and maintenance tracking systems.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Education: Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or related technical field
required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: 5+ years of maintenance experience in a
manufacturing environment, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Certifications: OSHA 30,
maintenance-related certifications (e.g., Electrical, HVAC, Hydraulics) are a plus
