Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities across both properties. - Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction. - Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and upgrades. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. - Assist in the planning and implementation of maintenance projects and upgrades. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in maintenance engineering, facilities management, or a related field. - Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good communication skills and a proactive approach to maintenance. - Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred.
