Your tasks

You coordinate the deployment of assemblies within your own repair department as well as with external service providers and subcontractors.
You monitor ongoing orders with regard to deadlines, services, and contractual requirements.
You carefully check incoming invoices and support transparent order processing.
In the SAP system, you create CS orders, process them, and track the entire process flow.
You independently create requirements and orders and commission necessary repair services.
You keep a constant eye on delivery dates and ensure that materials are available on time.
You coordinate transport, commission freight forwarders and ensure a smooth flow of goods.
As a central interface, you will work closely with internal departments, suppliers and external partners.
Your structured work style supports the optimization of logistical and technical processes.

Your skills

A successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training
Prior professional experience in order coordination, repair, logistics or materials management is desirable.
Knowledge of SAP, ideally in the CS and MM modules
Proficient use of common MS Office applications
Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously.
A structured, independent and results-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with different contacts
Technical understanding and interest in logistical and operational processes.
