Qualifications The Role: As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel facilities, systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. You will lead a small maintenance team, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, including LOLER and other statutory regulations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all hotel plant, equipment, and building systems. Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team. Ensure timely completion of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations. Manage maintenance budgets and supplier contracts effectively. Contribute to creating a safe, comfortable, and high-quality environment for guests and staff.
