Experience managing vendors, contractors, maintenance schedules, and facility projects strongly preferred. Knowledge of OSHA standards, life-safety codes, and preventive maintenance practices is required, or the ability to obtain it within a reasonable timeframe.    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS: * Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and climb stairs or ladders while performing maintenance and inspection duties. * Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds; occasional team lifting or mechanical assistance may be needed for heavier items. * Use hands and arms to operate tools, equipment, and machinery requiring manual dexterity and coordination. * Have sufficient visual acuity and hearing to identify safety hazards, read technical information, and respond to alarms or emergency situations. * May need to work evenings, weekends, or on-call hours to respond to facility needs, emergencies, or seasonal conditions such as snow removal. * Work is performed across multiple Active Generations locations and may require local travel between sites.
