As part of our start-up operation, you'll play a key role in ensuring our production equipment runs safely, efficiently, and reliably. About the Role: The Maintenance Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment and facilities. The hands-on Maintenance Manager will oversee and perform troubleshooting and repair activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. This role requires collaboration with production, engineering, and quality teams to support process improvements and equipment upgrades. Ultimately, the Maintenance Manager ensures that all maintenance activities contribute to a safe, reliable, and productive manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. * Perform and oversee troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. * Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to proactively address equipment issues. * Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment. * Perform small automation changeovers. * Repair chillers, thermolators, loader systems, grinders and resin dryers. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment installation, upgrades, and process improvements. * Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team. Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical fields * Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance * Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems used in manufacturing equipment * Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery and equipment * Previous experience working with injection molding machines preferred * Proficiency with automation systems * Experience with servo motors * Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics is a plus * Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred What we offer: * Exciting start-up atmosphere with room to grow * Hands-on experience in injection molding manufacturing * Opportunities to develop new processes and products * Collaborative, innovative, and supportive team environment * Great salary and benefits including, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k retirement plan and more Apply today!
