We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated Maintenance Manager to join our leadership team and oversee all maintenance operations in our state-of-the-art facility. If you’re someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and keeping equipment running at peak performance, this could be the role for you.

· Lead, mentor, and develop a skilled team of maintenance technicians.
· Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on equipment such as furnaces, CNC cutting machines, conveyors, and automated systems.
· Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment life.
· Collaborate with Production and Operations leaders to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to manufacturing.
· Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and recommend upgrades or modifications for efficiency and cost savings.
· Manage spare parts, tools, and supplies to ensure readiness for urgent repairs.
· Uphold the highest safety standards, enforcing OSHA and company policies, including lockout/tagout procedures.
· Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and team performance.
· Stay current with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes.
