SUMMARY:

The Maintenance Manager oversees all maintenance and engineering support at the facility, ensuring safe, efficient operations and leading plant improvement projects. This role includes outage planning and execution, contractor management, predictive and preventive maintenance, and direct supervision of maintenance staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· The Maintenance Manager must have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
· Must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in power plant maintenance.
· Proficiency in Maximo and MS Office, particularly Excel.
· Willingness to travel occasionally and be on-call for emergencies.
· Ability to navigate plant environments, including stairways and equipment areas.

· The Maintenance Manager will lead predictive and preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
· Plan and manage major maintenance projects and outages; perform root cause analysis for equipment failures.
· The Maintenance Manager will oversee CMMS (Maximo) usage for scheduling, work orders, inventory, and procurement.
· Manage and develop maintenance personnel; ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.
· Support budgeting processes and track major maintenance inspections and expenses.
· Provide technical input for equipment specifications, contractor oversight, and QA/QC during outages.
· The Maintenance Manager will collaborate with plant operations, corporate engineering, and external vendors to support ongoing improvements.
