Your background in either maintenance, facilities or repairs, along with your leadership experience, will help us create safe enviroment that truly feels like home. .

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Coordination: You’ll oversee the maintenance operation on-site, ensuring that our residents needs are met. With you at the helm, maintenance tasks will run like clockwork, providing a comfortable and safe environment for all.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the General Manager and Service Managers to meet a high standard of service delivery – ensuring the building is safe, welcoming and secure for residents.
  • Vendor Management: You’ll build and maintain strong relationships with contractors and suppliers, ensuring that we receive the best service and support from our partners. You’re the main point of contact for all external maintenance needs.
  • Quality Control: You’ll set the bar for excellent service, maintaining high standards across all our services, contributing to an environment where residents can feel happy and safe.
