WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

When selecting candidates, we will be looking for the following:

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
  • Knowledge of and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Technically proficient with hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work closely with outside contractors in a new production environment.
  • Ability to assist physically in setting up equipment and tools.
  • Proficient in welding, basic shop tools, and directing incoming machinery and supplies.
  • Strong organizational and methodical skills for space optimization.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating machine repairs and maintenance.
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Proficient in MS-Office; SAP experience preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in both shop floor and office environments.
  • Ability to present to small groups as needed.
  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • Valid passport and ability for occasional domestic and international travel
