Description

LOCATION: ASCOT (WITHIN 45-MINUTE COMMUTE REQUIRED)

  • We are seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Manager to take full responsibility for the upkeep, repair, and day-to-day maintenance operations of a high-end private residence in Ascot. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical skills and experience working within a prestigious household environment or 5* Hotels.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar senior-level maintenance role
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general property maintenance (relevant qualifications highly desirable)
  • Excellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Previous experience working for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individual (UHNWI) or in a 5-star hotel setting is highly advantageous
  • A recognised qualification in Facilities Management or Business Administration is a plus
  • Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) certification desirable
