ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Property Maintenance Manager to join our team full-time. This role involves hands-on site work, repair jobs, and being the proactive, reliable presence at 3+ assigned properties. You’ll also jump in to help with occasional one-off jobs and holiday coverage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform daily to weekly maintenance at 3+ assigned strata/commercial buildings
• Identify, assess, and fix property repair issues (small drywall, lighting, tiles, doors, locks, etc.)
• Communicate clearly with property managers and strata when bigger repairs are needed
• Clean debris and maintain industrial garbage areas (includes dump runs)
• Tidy up messes and garbage areas
• Step in for vacation coverage at other properties as needed
• Maintain accurate records of hours and tasks per property
• Represent Blue Lime with professionalism and calm—even when others aren’t calm

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 5+ years in property maintenance, carpentry, home building, or a related trade
• Comfort handling repairs (drywall, paint, lights, doors, tiles, etc.)
• Great communication skills—you can explain things clearly and professionally
• A valid driver’s license and a clean criminal record
