JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager with expertise in the operation and maintenance of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Physical Security systems, and Electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and operations and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of physical security infrastructures.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 8 to 15 years of experience in maintenance and operation of CCTV, Access Control, Physical Security, and ELV systems.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of ELV and security systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and maintenance management software.
  • Experience in material inspections, site inspections, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Ability to manage teams, vendors, and subcontractors effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and operation of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, Physical Security systems, and Electrical systems.
  • Plan, implement, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure system reliability.
  • Supervise maintenance teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and material inspections to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to ELV and electrical systems.
  • Develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and high system performance.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of maintenance projects.
  • Prepare and maintain maintenance reports, logs, and documentation for compliance and audits.
  • Implement project management best practices following PMI methodologies to improve maintenance operations.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and safety standards.
  • Lead efforts in upgrading, optimizing, and modernizing existing systems for improved efficiency.
