Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of our hotel. You will be responsible for ensuring the property is in top condition, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage all maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and costs.
  • Ensure all hotel facilities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Supervise and train maintenance staff, ensuring high-performance standards.
  • Respond quickly to maintenance issues reported by guests or hotel staff.
  • Oversee contracts and work performed by external contractors.
  • Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective procurement.
  • Monitor energy efficiency and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for maintenance operations.
