About the Role
As the MM you will handle multiple internal and external functions of material handling operations and maintenance of a fulfillment center site. You will also serve as the Reliability and Maintenance Engineering leader and partner directly with the client’s General Manager and senior operations staff to deliver best-in-class maintenance.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Maintenance Manager position is $161,844.8 0 annually [or $77.81 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Maintenance Manager position is $179,816.00 annually [or $86.45 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
