CSN is seeking a hands-on, skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of multiple residential and program sites. This role ensures that properties are well-maintained, safe, and supportive environments for our clients and staff. This full-time, hourly position offers benefits and operates Monday through Friday, providing you with a work-life balance while making a significant difference in our community.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years’ experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
  • Experience in landscaping and grounds maintenance.
  • Ability to lift/move 50–70 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs regularly.
  • Valid CA driver’s license and insurability under agency policy.
  • Ability to pass fingerprint background check.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to complete tasks efficiently and on time.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic knowledge of landlord/tenant law.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
  • Computer literacy for inventory, records, and communication.
