Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee maintenance operations in a high-volume automotive manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, managing maintenance personnel, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maintain safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage daily maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities · Supervise and develop maintenance supervisors, technicians, and support staff · Ensure equipment uptime and reliability to support production schedules · Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and maintenance schedules · Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues · Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve equipment-related issues · Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and external contractors · Support equipment installation, launches, and capital improvement projects · Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, and company procedures · Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and maintenance costs What we offer · Competitive salary and benefits · Health, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) · Paid time off and holidays Requirements · 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing · Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems · Proven experience leading and developing maintenance teams · Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills · Ability to support off-shift or weekend maintenance activities as needed Preferred · Automotive manufacturing experience (assembly, welding, metal fabrication) · Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning · Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or TPM principles · OSHA or safety-related certifications
