MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are upheld.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Previous leadership/management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems is preferred.
  • Experience with industrial mechanics, including welding techniques such as stick welding.
  • Ability to operate scissor lifts and other maintenance equipment safely.
  • Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and technical skills relevant to the role.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
