MAINTENANCE MANAGER

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in maintaining equipment within a manufacturing facility. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and repairing machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are upheld.

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repair.
• Previous leadership/management is preferred.
• Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems is preferred.
• Experience with industrial mechanics, including welding techniques such as stick welding.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other maintenance equipment safely.
• Military experience is a plus, showcasing discipline and technical skills relevant to the role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Conduct repairs on high voltage and low voltage systems as needed.
• Utilize scissor lifts safely for maintenance tasks at elevated heights.
• Execute welding tasks, including stick welding, to repair or fabricate components.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff.
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance the efficiency of operations within the facility.
