Description

The Levy Group of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Manager to work at our LNYS location in Blytheville, AR. The Maintenance Manager Responsible for managing the maintenance program for mobile equipment, plants, and facilities

SKILLS

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Some college or degree preferred
  • Minimum of ten years of maintenance experience in industrial or construction environment
  • Knowledge of applicable safety and environmental regulations and ability to implement related programs and controls
  • Ability to train, support and coordinate maintenance personnel
  • Ability to understand and use financial data for decision making
  • Management experience
  • Computer experience with knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $105,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Supports safety and environmental initiatives including employee safety engagement, regulatory compliance and related training
  • Develops, trains and facilitates a team of equipment and plant maintenance personnel
  • Coordinates teams to identify process improvements and to develop and document maintenance procedures
  • Ensures compliance with the preventive maintenance program
  • Cultivates relationships with steel mill personnel, vendors and other management personnel
  • Develops maintenance systems and processes
  • Develops and monitors the Maintenance Department’s budget and business plan
  • Responsible for developing, assessing and meeting KPIs
  • Runs KPI reports, analyzes data and utilizes information for better decision-making
  • Acts as project manager for significant repair, rebuild or installation activities
  • Evaluates feasibility of capital expenditures
  • Audits processes and inspects work as necessary
  • Provides reporting and recordkeeping as required
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned by manage
