THE ROLE

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Manager to join our team at Kings Canyon Resort. In this leadership role, you will oversee a dedicated team of general hands, grounds and campground attendants, and skilled tradespeople to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, managing diverse tasks to ensure all maintenance work is completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.

DUTIES

• Oversee the quality, consistency, and integrity of all maintenance work.
• Direct and manage skilled workers/technicians for building, facility, grounds, and equipment maintenance.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, and malfunctions to minimize disruptions.
• Implement and manage emergency management plans as required.
• Coach and mentor the maintenance team to uphold high service standards.
• Manage resources effectively, reviewing budgets and expenses regularly.
