EQUIPMENT EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:

• Baumer, Edge-Sweets, Fecken, Kirfel (to name a few)
• Industrial cutting equipment — vertical or horizontal applications
• Background in high-volume industries like lumber, automotive, aerospace, or food

Bonus if you have knowledge of:

• Pumps, fire suppression systems, compressors, boilers, and general plant infrastructure

KEY SKILLS:

• Strong organization, planning, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting — all at a high level

• Lead and schedule maintenance teams on equipment installation, repair, and upkeep
• Ensure fire systems, machinery, and facilities are fully operational
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance without disrupting production
• Manage materials, supplies, and maintenance documentation
• Identify and fix workflow bottlenecks to improve productivity
• Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance staff performance
• Enforce safety standards and update SOPs as needed
• Lead investigations and safety observations
• Support continuous improvement using Kaizen methods
• Participate in hiring and performance reviews
