We are seeking a Maintenance Manager. This individual will oversee space related operations, golf operations, and simulator maintenance at all Five Iron locations in New York and will report directly to the VP of Operations. Responsibilities include the following: Simulator Operations Responsible for keeping simulators in good working condition General maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting Maintain and replace cameras, projectors, screens, mats, etc. Utilities and Space Maintenance Work with all vendors for repairs, breaks, replacement equipment, etc. Source vendors for bigger repairs to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or other systems Ensure the space is always kept clean (daily cleaning company not in place, so cleaning is a part of this job) Lead deep cleaning projects Ensure that the location adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations Light carpentry (including repair and install of trim carpentry) Sheetrock/patch & paint/wallpaper Minor appliance repair Minor electrical and plumbing repair Knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems Understand prioritization and a sense of urgency; able to meet deadlines Required Qualifications: Proven working experience in facility management and/or construction Proficiency in email and calendar management Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well Detail oriented, task oriented Team player with strong communication and presentation skills Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance Long and Short Term Disability Accident and Critical Illness Insurance 401K Meals while working are included for free **Benefits only apply to Full-Time Employees** Job Type: This position will be a Full Time, Exempt role Hours: will vary by week and will be focused on night and weekend shifts.

This role also includes vendor management for larger repairs and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
