Reporting to the Operations Director, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for:

• Leading and managing the engineering department, including shift engineering staff
• Driving reliability and efficiency across production equipment and site infrastructure.
• Developing and executing a preventative maintenance strategy.
• Managing capital projects, installations, and equipment upgrades.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations (e.g., H&S, engineering standards).
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis of equipment downtime.
• Managing engineering budgets and procurement of spares and equipment.
• Working closely with production, quality, and senior leadership to support operational performance.
