Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities. - Supervise and lead the maintenance team, providing guidance and support in daily operations. - Conduct regular inspections and assessments of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs. - Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented. - Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management. - Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role. - 3-5 years management experience. - Strong knowledge of maintenance processes and techniques. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools. - Relevant certifications in maintenance or engineering fields are a plus.
