You will ensure the continuous availability and optimal functioning of production equipment through maintenance plans and root cause analysis and maintain accurate maintenance records, generate reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 3. You will drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements to boost efficiency and equipment reliability. 4. You will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, promoting a safe and compliant work environment and manage resources effectively, including tools, equipment, and spare parts, to support maintenance activities. 5. You will lead and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. 6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. 7. You hold a bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. 3. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, equipment reliability, and HSE standards. 4. Proven ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adept at troubleshooting complex equipment issues and implementing effective solutions. 6.
