SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Superintendent or Project Manager in a HME maintenance environment
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing, safety-driven teams
• Strong technical knowledge and site experience with Ultra-Class mining equipment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with teams, clients, and management
• Commercially savvy with a strategic mindset

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an outstanding career opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Manager (HME) with a strong background in open-cut mining. In this leadership role, you will oversee critical operations at the Dawson Mine, working with world-class heavy mining equipment, including the Liebherr R996 Excavator and a fleet of Komatsu 830E Dump Trucks.
As a key player in our team, you will drive project success by ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high safety standards, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
