Description

Job Description: 1. Maintenance Strategy & Execution Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs Ensure high equipment availability and minimize unplanned downtime Oversee daily maintenance operations across all production units 2. Asset & Reliability Management Ensure proper lifecycle management of plant equipment and facilities Drive reliability improvement initiatives (e.g., RCA, MTBF optimization) Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions 3. Budget & Cost Control Manage annual maintenance budget effectively Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities Control maintenance-related expenditures, including spare parts and contractor costs 4. Team Leadership Lead and develop the maintenance team, including engineers and technicians Establish clear roles, KPIs, and performance management processes Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement 5. Safety & Compliance Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards Support plant safety initiatives, audits, and regulatory inspections Enforce permit-to-work (PTW) and safe work procedures 6. Continuous Improvement Drive plant reliability and maintenance excellence programs Support production optimization and process improvement initiatives Implement best practices and standardization across maintenance activities 7.
