We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical systems, with a focus on optimizing performance and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This role requires exceptional leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance
• Proficiency in using CMMS for scheduling maintenance tasks and tracking work orders.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
• Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred but not mandatory.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.

  Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, of all Plant Equipment
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and address any engineering-related concerns.
• Manage projects related to facility upgrades or new installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
