OVERVIEW:

You are responsible for the foundation and improvement of maintenance management, life cycle plans and setting the standard for continuous improvement activities and knowledge sharing between our engineering departments, our service organization and customers. Most of your time you’ll work on maintenance engineering for products and various highly automated distribution and fulfilment centers. You have a pivotal role between the Engineering stake holders, customers and the commercial departments. You will work on the further development of the maintenance management software and asset management capabilities. Primary responsibilities include:

• First point of contact for the project teams and the customers regarding maintenance management of integrated assets
• You are the developer and owner of maintenance management metrics and its definitions to gather data, measure, monitor and analyze maintenance performance
• Develop specifications, test and implement a maintenance management software at our customer together with our suppliers and software teams
• You work together with the maintenance engineers in the asset management team on the maintenance demands for machines, it’s components and control systems. Support this with FMECA for the development of Preventive (PM) Maintenance Plans
• You develop customer specific life cycle plans for assets and system integrations
• You and the team are the competency owner in the development of the maintenance engineering processes. You focus on standardization of methodology and processes within the company and team

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of experience working as a Maintenance Manager for Material Handling Equipment
• Experience troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of Conveyors, Sorters, Pick Mods, and Box Trolleys
• Team player who understands the values of Servant Leadership
• Led, managed, and developed a team of technicians and project managers before.
