About the Role As Maintenance Manager at Interface, you will lead the maintenance function at our Minto site, ensuring equipment, machinery, and facilities operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll oversee preventative and corrective maintenance activities, coordinate resources, and work closely with operations teams to minimise downtime and support production targets. This role is key to driving asset performance, workforce productivity, and continuous improvement across the site. What You’ll Be Doing Minimize downtime and interruptions to operations Render better service to operations by performing most important jobs first, in consultation with operations Apply technical and maintenance experience to analysis of each job Manage the maintenance team, including fitters, electricians, and external contractors, ensuring the reliability and proper functioning of all site facilities and equipment. Optimize maintenance costs by executing an effective preventative and planned maintenance program, while managing maintenance personnel and contractors. Support company initiatives at local and global levels. Collaborate Management style and support couching and development of the Maintenance team. Develop & monitor MEX or other Maintenance systems including corrective & preventative maintenance, equipment spares, stores & purchasing, and reporting. Actively promote all aspects of safety and actively use the safety connections system What You’ll Bring Relevant Engineering degree, trade qualification, or equivalent technical certification. 7+ years' maintenance or engineering experience, including 5+ years leading maintenance teams. Proven experience managing people, projects, and preventative maintenance programs in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills. Experience with maintenance management systems and Microsoft Office. Collaborative, hands-on approach with the ability to build strong relationships across the business. Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
