What you’ll be doing: Manage mechanical, electrical and automation maintenance activities altogether in facility, Work by taking risk analysis, forming on work permit etc. into account with the vision of occupational safety and environmental issues. Prepare plant’s yearly maintenance budget and follow in detail in consideration of monthly predictions. Responsible for planning and implementing plant investment budgets, Arrange and follow all planned maintenance organizations via SAP, Responsible for increasing activities for maintenance productivity, to make root cause analysis on breakdowns by taking an active role in improvement actions, Great knowledge about KPIs such as rates of planned maintenance, rates of breakdowns, analysis of duration between two breakdowns etc. within the scope of Professional Maintenance works and keep those works with this vision. Being an engaged and pro-active team member, working with a range of stakeholders at all levels and functions across the business, Leading maintenance at plant level monitoring, reporting, and presenting of data, actions, and targets, Aligning and reporting on all requirements, processes and data points including inputting into the periodic update of all maintenance related activities, Preparing and managing the department P&L Responsible for increasing the implementation of good professional and social practices to provide better working and living conditions, Assisting where necessary, planning, and permitting approval applications. Reporting to Plant Manager, with close interaction with relevant regional team members. What we’d love for you to have: We are interested in you as a person: your attitude, behaviors and values. If you have experience in the following areas – this is an added advantage: BSc degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering. Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, similar industry is a huge PLUS. Good knowledge and active user of SAP-PM module (including spare parts and purchasing modules). Experience of scheduled maintenance. Knowledge of/ Interested in Lean Management, 5S and Continuous Improvement, digitalization. Knowledge of/ Interested in plant automation and software related issues. Knowledge of autonomous maintenance and ready to take part in activities related that. Good knowledge of AutoCAD, QDMS, Microsoft Office. Excellent command of English.
