As Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a skilled team responsible for maintaining and improving the tools, equipment, and systems that power our manufacturing process. Qualifications Strong knowledge across all areas of plant and equipment maintenance, including production machinery, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blowers, exhaust systems, plumbing, power supply, and air compressors Solid understanding of supervisory and leadership principles, with the ability to plan, schedule, and manage work assignments while effectively addressing personnel issues High school diploma or equivalent preferred; additional trade, technical, or college-level studies strongly valued Minimum of 10 years’ experience in equipment maintenance supervision, with proven ability to lead teams and oversee complex operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear direction, collaboration, and reporting
