We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance team at Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & Spa. This is a full-time role working 5 days over 7, including some weekend work.
In this role, the successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all hotel facilities, from our luxurious rooms, to our lodges, and our relaxing spa. This is a hands-on role where your expertise will directly contribute to the exceptional guest experience we pride ourselves on.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of maintenance operations, including preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and property upkeep.
  • Manage and mentor a skilled maintenance team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct hot tub pool plant testing to maintain optimal water quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure all facilities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Occasionally travel to other RAD Hotel Group venues, including the Royal Hotel, Brig o Doon House Hotel, and Fairfield House Hotel, to provide cover and support.
