Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Manager with a keen eye for safety, technology, and continuous improvement. Someone who thrives on leading a maintenance team and optimizing technical installations in a dynamic production environment.
As a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d), you are a member of the Management Team and play a key role in determining our technical and strategic direction. You are responsible for the reliability of our installations and processes and provide direct input on cost control, investments, and production continuity. Additionally, you actively contribute to ensuring food safety, including as a member of the HACCP team.

As a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for:

  • Keeping our production installations, buildings, and premises technically safe and operational;
  • Planning, directing, and optimizing maintenance activities;
  • Continuous improvement based on failure analyses and maintenance data;
  • Leading the maintenance team and external maintenance parties;
  • Budget management and optimizing the spare parts inventory;
  • Initiating and executing investment projects;
  • Ensuring food safety through hygienic maintenance and collaboration with QA;
  • Active participation in the Management Team;
  • Proper documentation of technical records;
  • Membership in the HACCP team and contributing to inspections and audits.

As a Maintenance Manager, you not only hold a key position within the Management Team but can also count on attractive employment conditions that match your responsibilities:
