About the Position In the role of Maintenance Manager, you will lead and develop our maintenance function, ensuring high reliability and performance of equipment and facilities across production and supporting utilities. You will be responsible for both daily operations and long-term maintenance strategy, working closely with Production, QA, EHS, and Process Support in a dynamic and evolving environment. This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing operational execution with continuous improvement and development of processes and standards.
