You’ll lead a small, skilled team, collaborate with hotel staff, and ensure everything runs smoothly, safely, and mountain-strong. Who You’ll Work With Our team is a lively, multicultural crew united by a passion for hospitality and the great outdoors. What You Bring to the Team Qualifications and Skills At least one year of commercial building maintenance experience. A customer-oriented, friendly vibe that makes everyone feel welcome. Strong English communication skills with a knack for problem-solving. A team player with leadership skills that inspire and unite. Self-motivated and able to work independently in our remote mountain setting. Computer and building software knowledge to keep things running smoothly. A valid Alberta Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract. Boiler experience to tackle heating challenges. Have (or able to complete) a hot tub course—because bubbly hot tubs are non-negotiable! Have (or able to complete) OHS training and WHMIS certificate for safety-first operations. Project management skills to juggle tasks and keep projects on track. #ML
