POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance activities at Nashville Record Pressing to ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of vinyl record production equipment, facilities, and support systems. This role oversees a team of maintenance technicians, develops preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manages maintenance budgets, and partners with production leadership to minimize downtime and maximize equipment performance.
