Description New Concept Technology is seeking an experienced and driven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and support our growing manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do As our Maintenance Manager, you will play a critical role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently. You will: Lead and develop a team of maintenance technicians. Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Minimize downtime through effective troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Implement and manage a robust preventive maintenance program. Partner with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to support operational goals. Respond to and coordinate urgent equipment repairs. Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations. Support equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Track maintenance performance metrics and drive continuous improvement. Manage the maintenance budget and identify cost-saving opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. 2+ years of leadership experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Experience with CMMS and preventive maintenance systems.
