• Provide front-line support to operating plants in emergency/breakdown situations.
• Supervise Maintenance Planners in France and Germany to ensure all maintenance activities are coordinated and executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Lead the planning and execution of major plant maintenance shutdowns, including organizing planning meetings and defining final work scopes.
• Collaborate with the Central maintenance team and other Sub-Regions Maintenance Managers to ensure alignment on maintenance processes and provide mutual support for urgent issues.
• Ensure all operating plants are maintained in a safe and serviceable condition to meet reliability and performance targets.
• Be involved in plant re-investment (lifetime extension) projects.
• Manage maintenance budgets and deliver year-on-year cost reductions while preserving plant reliability.
• Provide expert technical, effective, and economic solutions to maintenance-related problems.
• Respond to operation requirements 24/7, demonstrating flexibility and availability.
• Continually review and update the PM program, focusing on predictive/condition-based maintenance.
• Prepare monthly maintenance reports with KPIs and ensure targets are met.
