We are currently seeking an experienced Blow Molding Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a blow molding manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience maintaining high-speed plastic processing and packaging equipment. What’s In it for You? * Stable, growing organization with opportunity for future advancement of qualified candidates * Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications * Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits at modest employee contributions * Discretionary Bonus * 401k participation with Company matching contributions upon completion of first 30 days of service Responsibilities: * Oversee all plant maintenance activities, including mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. * Lead, train, and develop a team of maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. * Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. * Troubleshoot blow molding, auxiliary, and downstream equipment (e.g., Uniloy, Rocheleau, Bekum, or similar). * Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance budgets, and vendor relationships. * Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support process improvements and capital projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards. Qualifications: * 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in a blow molding, plastics, or manufacturing environment. * Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and PLC controls (Allen-Bradley preferred). * Experience with CMMS systems and data-driven maintenance strategies. * Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills. * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent experience.
