Dental & Vision Insurance – Keep your smile (and your sight) bright and healthy Life Insurance – Peace of mind for you and your loved ones — fully paid by us 401(k) Participation – Plan for your future while enjoying the present Paid Vacation – Because everyone deserves a break Paid Holidays – Celebrate the moments that matter most On-Resort Perks: Free Access to Resort Amenities – Enjoy the Fitness Center, Pools, Golf Course & more Exclusive Employee Discounts – Save on stays, services, and retail Timeshare exchange opportunities – Available after one year of employment Duties and Responsibilities Ensure equipment, systems, and facilities are fully operational through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to established procedures Maintain accurate maintenance records and report recommended improvements Preserve the appearance and accessibility of the property by removing debris, clearing snow, painting, and maintaining surrounding grounds Respond to special requests, including moving furniture, transporting materials, and preparing rooms for occupancy Perform general repairs to guest rooms and common areas Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs, ballasts, and electrical fixtures Install and repair plumbing systems and related components Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all safety standards and regulations Stay current with industry best practices through training and technical resources Contribute to departmental success by taking initiative and supporting additional operational needs Supervisory Responsibilities Oversee scheduling, direction, coordination, and performance of Maintenance staff Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to team members Ensure departmental goals and service standards are consistently met Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications 2–5 years of maintenance experience required 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance Understanding of safety practices and procedures Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Strong time management skills with attention to detail Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively Typical schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, first shift Join The Team If you take pride in your work and enjoy a hands-on role, we encourage you to apply and become part of a team that values quality and reliability.
