Job Title: Maintenance Manager – Property Management & Facilities Services
Location: Slough (hybrid, with local site travel)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum + mileage / phone / clear progression path
Reports to: Operations Director
The Opportunity
Proactive Group delivers end‑to‑end Hard FM, Soft FM and property‑maintenance solutions for estate agents, landlords, commercial occupiers and education clients across the South East. Because we’re growing quickly, our Operations Director now needs a hands‑on Maintenance Manager to take charge of day‑to‑day sites, improve client satisfaction and build a best‑in‑class supply chain. A step up to Head of Maintenance is planned within 18‑24 months for the right person.
