We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance and engineering function. This is a key role in ensuring our hotel operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards, while delivering excellent guest experiences.

• Overseeing all maintenance operations, ensuring compliance with legislation and brand standards.
• Leading and developing a team of maintenance professionals and contractors.
• Managing budgets, preventive maintenance, and capital projects.
• Driving sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.
• Responding promptly to guest and departmental requests, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
