Description:

Are you ready to lead a team of skilled professionals in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities? We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of maintenance activities within our dynamic production environment.

What you do:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
  • Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to keep production machinery and facilities in optimal condition.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with internal teams or external vendors to implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety standards.
  • Collaborate with production managers and other stakeholders to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs, repair histories, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of maintenance technicians.
  • In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting and repair techniques.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools for scheduling, inventory management, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues.
  • Understanding of safety regulations and protocols, with a commitment to promoting a culture of safety in the workplace.
