Apt Resources is looking for a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a high-end restaurant in Dubai. In this crucial role, you will ensure that all facilities, equipment, and systems are maintained in excellent working order to support a seamless dining experience. The Maintenance Manager will lead a team of skilled technicians, manage maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Responsibilities Develop and implement a proactive maintenance management program for all restaurant facilities and equipment. Supervise and lead the maintenance team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant's facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues. Coordinate repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance tasks, ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations. Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and industry best practices. Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance documentation. Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of building systems, restaurant equipment, and maintenance best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards. Highly organized, with strong Excel and documentation skills Experience in Dubai, UAE, or the wider GCC is mandatory Strong knowledge of kitchen maintenance As per the market standards.
