Description
Leading the repair & maintenance team to fix defects of all stores to a daily schedule Ensure no and / or limited and agreed interruption to the operation caused by equipment breakdown Saving energy (giving standard calculation of KWH daily use of each store, training and follow up on implementations Training on store team of basic use of equipment, air con and lighting and basic preventive and construction sharing best practice of energy saving projects Feedback on material use, location of M&E use, location of M&E equipment during design and construction Negotiate with suppler/contractors where required (3rd party) Attendance and updating of R & M works at relevant meetings => Other Requirement Degree qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering => Internal Team General Managers Store Managers / Operation Managers R & M Staff => External team Other suppliers / Contractor =>Travel Requirements As need to fulfill the requirements of the role within Cambodia =>Knowledge, Skills and Experience Resilience Communication Analytical Thinking Achieving Results => Other Criteria : Team leader at least 4 or 5 years Service Manager/ Service Supervisor experience
Responsibilities
Lead the repair and maintenance team to resolve store defects and minimize operational interruptions caused by equipment breakdown. Manage energy-saving initiatives and provide technical feedback during the design and construction phases of M&E equipment.
