Sedron Technologies is hiring a talented ​Maintenance Manager to work in Casco, WI! Sedron is a leading provider of circular waste management technologies for agricultural manure and municipal biosolids processing, deploying facilities across several North American regions. Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for individuals who can meet the following essential functions of the position: Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure equipment meets operational requirements Oversee onsite renovation projects to improve efficiency and to ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards, and comply with government regulations Plan and manage maintenance projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation Manage a team of maintenance personnel providing leadership and expertise to ensure safety, availability of resources and timely turnaround during unplanned downtimes Provide on and off hour emergency response including equipment repair, damage control, and assignment of personnel as needed Own and drive safety programs to ensure maintenance personnel are in compliance with federal/state and company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with home base and onsite O&M staff in regard to scheduled maintenance, down time or other emergent issues Maintain accurate maintenance records, including equipment logs and maintenance history Prioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectives Demonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alike Comply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practices Work well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlines Demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisors Demonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasks Arrive to work on time and maintain good attendance Maintain good organization skills Perform other related duties as assigned This position has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion. The range provided is Sedron’s estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
